I’m Pia—a Berlin native with a rebellious spirit and an open mind that drives me to push boundaries, and help others break free from conventional thinking to create innovative solutions and lead with authenticity. 

I’ve held People & Culture leadership roles in start-ups and fast growing, dynamic environments including my most recent position as Director of People & Culture at Edenspiekermann, one of Berlin’s leading design consultancies.
